Timeline
Here is our timeline so far:
July 13, 2007: Application submitted to Children’s Hope
July 28, 2007: Application accepted by Children’s Hope
September 27, 2007: Dossier turned into Children’s Hope (did not have I-171H approval)
September 28, 2007: Dossier sent from local office to St. Louis
October 6, 2007: I-171H approval!!!!
October 31, 2007: Dossier translated and sent to the Kazakhstan Consulate
January 15, 2008: Dossier registered at Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kazakhstan
April 1, 2008: Dossier registered at Ministry of Education in Kazakhstan
June 2, 2009: Offically became a waiting family with the CHI Ethiopia program
April 14, 2010: Got the call at 10:59am!
May 25th, 1st court date, did not pass.
June 16th, next court date, crossing our fingers!

What a great feeling this is. Congrats!!!! :)
Congratulations!!!! The last stage before an LOI! Hold on for the ride (short or long, it's still a wild ride...)
Congratulations--it is such a good feeling when things are moving. Our agency assures me that they are opening more regions and will be getting more matches so lets hope for the shorter time frame--but whatever happens, we are in for a terrific ride.
Reaching the MOE is huge - yay!
By the way - I love the wedding photo :)
